Stop #2 at Mount Pleasant Animal Shelter in New Jersey. 6 pups jumped ship here! They have a beautiful facility and also use foster homes but we don't imagine they will be waiting long.

First Drop Off: Check!
We just dropped off our first load of puppies with New Jersey Puppy Rescue. Best wishes to Electra, Chicago, and the "E" pups. Thank you so much to Kim, June, Lis for fostering these guys until transport!
Traffic Jam = Potty Break (if you are a dog anyway)
After sitting in standstill traffic near Christiansburg, VA for an hour we are finally on the move again. Apparently a tractor trailer flipped over earlier this morning. On the bright side it gave us a built-in chance to let some cuties take a potty break/ get some fresh air (or just plain old play if you're a puppy!). Hopefully our ETA is not actually as late as our phones were telling us a few minutes ago. Please send us wishes for no more traffic!

Transport has left Atlanta!
We are on the road again head to NJ and NY! Zane the Dane is too big to fit in a crate so he gets a big bed in the front instead. He is making friends with Mercy in back. Stay tuned we will be arriving tomorrow with stops at 5 rescues.

We're at it again! This time, we're taking 39 dogs and 1 cat to rescue groups in Virginia and New Jersey!
MANY volunteers helped us make this possible! Thanks you to all of the fosters; and especially Kim, David, Mike, Ashley, Lydia, Sammie and Maddie for helping load the bus!

Sammie and Lydia check dogs off the list as they load them on the bus. |
Lydia and Sammie's families also fostered pups before sending them on transport! |
Sammie and Maddie say farewell to their foster pups. Adorable Pepper, the rescue office dog, couldn't help but include himself in the excitement. |
